SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders can only be delivered after full payment is received. TMAC Decorazzo is not responsible for any delays incurred due to circumstances that are beyond its control such as change in shipments and customs clearance regulations.
All domestic shipping and delivery will be handled by our partner, J&T Cargo. J&T Cargo ships to Jabodetabek area and many other cities in Indonesia directly from our workshop in Tangerang. All shipping and delivery follows J&T Cargo listed destinations and duration. In stock items are ready to ship within 7 days. Pre-Order items will take up to 4 weeks to complete before shipping. For expedited delivery or special requests such as written cards for gifting, you may contact us by Whatsapp message.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
On Pre-shipment inspection we ensure that your purchased goods match TMAC Decorazzo’s standard quality, specifications, and are packaged and labelled properly. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any product that has been purchased.
Purchased order can be modified with term and conditions:
- Modification request is submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp message at +62 8138 7006 420 before production process starts (for pre-order, custom and bespoke goods & service) and/or before shipping process starts (for in-stock goods).
- The total price of the modified order must be equal to or greater than the total price of the original order.
- Order modification is subject to additional charges for material, labour & administrative cost, VAT and the difference in the price of the original order and the modified order if the total price of the modified order is higher.
Cancellations will only be accepted for custom orders or pre-orders for which the production process has not yet started. Cancellation means all payments that have been made and received by TMAC are deemed forfeited.
If you are purchasing an item on our website, packaging cost is already included in the published product price on this website for orders within Indonesia.
SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE
All TMAC items ship fully insured and you will be able to track its status (processed, shipped & received) once it leaves our workshop via this website. As soon as the shipment is initiated, we will notify you with the tracking information.
Be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If you notice any damages, make note of this on the delivery receipt with your signature. Do not discard any of the packaging, as that may invalidate an insurance claim. Please notify us maximum 1x24 hours after the package has arrived, if you receive a damaged shipment with detailed video and photos documentation of the package and product to our email email@example.com or Whatsapp at +62 8138 7006 420
We provide optional free-of-charge furniture & ornaments installation service for Jabodetabek area, and only available for purchased goods that require installation assistance. TMAC Decorazzo is not responsible to make sure that the product purchased can fit into your intended location. Please contact us by Whatsapp message at +62 8138 7006 420 to book our furniture & ornaments installation service once you purchase the goods from our website.
Our production team will handle flooring installation, which is already included in the terrazzo floor pricing. While for slabs, depending on your needs, you can choose to order either the slabs alone or the slabs with installation service at varied prices.
