LIMITED WARRANTY

TMAC will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. TMAC will then, at its choice, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. In these cases, TMAC will be responsible for the costs of repairs, spare parts, labour and travel for the repair team that TMAC incurs, provided that the product is accessible for repair without TMAC incurring additional expenditure to gain access.


FURNITURE & ORNAMENTS

All Furniture & Ornaments products shall be covered by warranty for one (1) year from the date of delivery if damage or other trouble occurs as a result of normal use during the warranty period, appropriate service will be provided free of charge. When making a claim you will need the original receipt as proof of purchase. To request repairs or other service, please contact TMAC customer care by Whatsapp message at +62 8138 7006 420.

The following circumstances are not covered free of charge, even during the warranty period:

  1. Damage caused by transport, movement, dropping, etc. after purchase.
  2. Damage from natural disaster.
  3. Damage due to repair or modifications made by someone or service provider other than TMAC representative.


FLOOR

Retail or commercial purposes Floor shall be covered by warranty for one (1) year from the date of project handover to client. Residential purposes Floor shall be covered by warranty for five (5) years from the date of project handover to client.

Flooring shall be covered by warranty starting from the date of project handover to client, after installation is finished. Flooring warranty period is one (1) year for Retail or Commercial purposes, and five (5) years for Residential purposes.

TMAC floor & slab warranty covers free-of-charge repair for cracking issues that occur during the warranty period. To request repairs or other service, please contact TMAC customer care by Whatsapp message at +62 8138 7006 420.


PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Avoid direct sunlight. Do not let water, spills or any liquid substances sit on the terrazzo surface for any length of time, wipe immediately with dry cloth or wipe with damp cloth and follow with dry cloth after. We also provide a polishing service to maintain the shine of your TMAC Decorazzo surface over time.
